The Auditor Note helps the auditor to record the schedule of audit activities so that all activities can be carried out on schedule. This application also records the type of work being done, the start date of the work, the date of completion and the deadline for the report to be submitted. The application also records the competence of the auditor and the expiration date. A menu is available to check whether a job is acceptable or not related to time availability. The auditor can also check whether the competency certificate that is owned already needs to be prepared for another competency test or not. With this application it can be avoided acceptance of overlapping work commitments, unfulfilled report deadlines and expired competency certificates.
